Free UK delivery on orders over £20

Fastest delivery: free on orders over £20 (otherwise £4.79).

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched via courier on the same day, except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Sunday and delivery is often made on Monday. Orders are delivered in 1-2 working days, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. A signature and proof of age may be required on delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 24®

Delivery aim is 1 working day (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed by 3:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day, except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 3:30pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 48®

Delivery aim is 2 working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed by 3:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day, except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 3:30pm will be dispatched the next working day.

DPD Next Day

The delivery aim is the next business day. Orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched via DPD on the same day, except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.

DX Delivery, 1-2 working days

The delivery aim is within 2 business days. Orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day, except during bank holidays. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Saturday delivery

£10.50

Order before 2pm on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday the following week. A signature may be required on delivery.

Deliveries to islands, the Scottish Highlands and remote locations may take longer to arrive. There may occasionally be delays outside of our control, such as adverse weather conditions.

Store collection

We offer collection for orders at our Beaumont Leys store only (7 Sheene Rd, Leicester LE4 1BF). Items are ready to pick up 2 hours after placing an order. Collection is available Monday to Friday only. Please wait for the confirmation email that tells you when your order is ready to collect.

Worldwide delivery

Delivery date and price vary depending on the country. International delivery charges vary depending on the country and weight of the items. All products are shipped on the same day if orders are placed before 4pm.

Channel Islands

We offer shipping to the Channel Islands. Please note that there may be some additional postage costs for deliveries to these locations. Our shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the destination. Please also allow an additional working day for transit.

Customs, duties and taxes

Flawless UK Vape Distribution Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, returns etc.).

The importer will be responsible for any and all shipment fees if the parcel is rejected by the customs office in the destination country.
